With the slather of plastic,waste plastic films recycling had attracted more and more attention.The choice of sorting method was a key step of films recycling,as a non-pollution s and efficient separate method,the method of using wind to sort plastic waste improved day and day by people.Now the plastics film was assumed mainly as a particle model in most research on separation of waste plastic films,deformation of plastic film is researched by few people,as a result.In this paper,deformation of plastic films and key technology were studied thoroughly and systematically which facilitated the development of theory and equipment to the separate the waste plastic film with cyclone.The research contents are as follows:(1)A new method called fictitious particle method which was used to analyze deformation of waste plastic film was put forward and developed,the formula used to calculate fictitious particle was deduced;the link element and the formula used to transform external force were deduced.Mathematic model of plastic membrane based on it was built and the regularity between deformation of plastic film and wind speed was solved,provided a effective research methods for the design and optimization of cyclone.(2)Mathematic model of waste plastic film located in wind field is built by ANSYS Workbench,deformation of waste plastic films was calculated under conditions of different air-flow velocity with bidirectional fluid-structure interaction.the regularity between deformation of plastic film in different wind velocity dare solved.After comparing with calculated regularity used fictitious particle method,the application of fictitious particle method used to analyze deformation of plastic film was verified,it has smaller amount of computations and quick calculating speed.(3)Experiment table was built,the experiment plan to record deformation of waste plastic film in wind was designed,it was did under conditions of different air-flow velocity;fitting the wind speed data with MATLAB,the function between wind speed data and corresponding position coordinates was got.Picture showing deformation of plastic film was obtained with high-speed camera;method based on measure the transformation of waste plastic film in picture was studied,the error of theoretical value and experimental result is obtained and analyzed,it provides an available guide of fictitious particle method for simulating and analyzing cyclone separator field in next step.(4)The cyclone separator designed and optimized based on simulation,experiment and the conclusion which was summarized by fictitious particle method.The cyclone separator model was built by Solidworks and simulated in different wind speed with Fluent.After analyzing the result,the best wind speed data was got,the cyclone separator dimension was optimized.
