With the development of science and technology, electronic products accelerate the replacement of electronic products and a large number of e-waste are produced at the same time.so how to recycle the electronic waste becomes a new problem. The recycling technology and systems can not solve the problem, so the Iandfilling and incineration is the only method to solve the problem.but the harmful substances can not be eliminated. It can also damage the living environment of human. Especially in recent years, with the non-metal alternative metal technology used and increasing the demand for non-metallic, the non-metallic materials are used widely and the price of plastics is rising fastly. Of course the recycling of waste plastics industry become intoflourish. it is difficult to Recycle the thermosetting plastics because of their characteristics and now the Recycling Thermoplastics are more used. Waste circuit boards as a typical thermosetting plastics, become a major problem to deal with.PCBwaste containing a large number of harmful substances can not be effectively addressed and it would cause more harm to the environment. The research of waste treatment and utilization of a circuit board become more and more important.The purpose of this project is non-metallic materials, waste board material for the preparation of compound filling the feasibility analysis, prepared by its mechanical properties of composite materials, to meet the requirements based on the metal for scrap circuit boards maximize processing, through the choice of equipment production line design, makes the theory based on the industry's industrialization.Obtained by experimental analysis that When not using compatible adhesives and other chemical agents and additives, the scrap metal as a filler board preparation of composite materials is feasible. Without adding any additives in the case, the maximum content of PCB waste can reach 60%, to meet the needs of some performance, improved non-metallic substance PCB waste handling capacity; In the case of the same raw materials, scrap metal powder size on the smaller circuit board system the better the mechanical properties of composite materials;. Waste electrical circuit boards and plastic waste (PP) or waste plastic film (PE) suppression of composite materials, the content of 40-60% of the mechanical properties.
