Daqing Xinzhan-oilfield is a low permeability fractured reservoir,which developed in traditional anti-nine-point area for conventional water-flooding, the percent of Water in oil increased rapidly, the level of recovery is low, The effective of development is poor. In this paper, the research of numerical simulation for injection-production system comprehensive adjustment is carried out.According to the information of well point, combined with the results of research of digital sedimentary facies ,in the condition of sedimentary facies, interpolation in permeability, porosity, effective thickness, water saturation and other parameters is done, phased geological model of Xinzhan-oilfield is established.The study of numerical simulation was carried out in application of CMG software,In the condition of the less information of crack parameters, through the fitting of dynamic data for the oil wells and water wells, getting new understanding in the direction of crack growth and fracture properties of crack, the historical fitting Precision of the major development indicators is within 5% ,which suited better for low-permeability fractured reservoir of Xinzhan-oilfield. On this basis, features of the residual oil distribution and the main reason for the formation of residual oil was analyzed, in order to scoop the residual oil, designed the adjust program of water-injection,which is the water cycle program,and different encryption scheme pattern, development indicators was forecasted, which is adjustment programs under the conditions of the time of transfer, water cycle, water injection, encryption methods and other parameters. Analyzed and compared the development effect of different development programs, combined with the actual oil production and operating costs, calculated economic benefits of avariety adjustment program for different oil price, the development effect and economic effect was analyzed,and identified ultimately the comprehensive adjustment program of injection-production system of Xinzhan-oilfield,which is as follows: the original pattern water injection wells scheduled encryption, new and old water wells alternated injection cycle.
