Fractured low permeability reservoirs which are of great significance in the production of oil and gas field development practice are widely distributed throughout the world.401 block of xinzhan oilfield complicated fracture growth and distribution,and the water injection development and production process midstream shows multifarious development contradictions, such as early water breakthrough time, fast formation pressure drop,water cut rising fast, fast production decline, where these development contradictions have severely the oilfield development effect and economic benefits.So,improving the development effect is the key to the oilfield development which is faced with difficulties,exploring the implementation of the remaining oil distribution, reasonable deployment and adjust the pattern, enhance single well developed analysis are an important problem to improve development effect.In the text,we will deal with the problems about 401 blocks of xinzhan oilfield reservoir development of the quantitative analysis of remaining oil distribution and different development phase the determination of reasonable water injection development tech limit problem, and design the corresponding solutions. Based on reservoir engineering method and numerical simulation results and the remaining oil distribution, oil production measures such as fracturing, water plugging scheme design, referring suggestion of different measures of well selected layer and evaluate the development effect of four different scheme, finally make the comprehensive evaluation of the overall effect.The results show that new injection wells conversion time in the conversion measures, the intensity of injection allocation, reasonable injection-production ratio and the formation pressure level change with the change of water cut stage.These can effectively improve the recovery factor of low permeability oilfield and provide strong theoretical basis for the practical application.
