The manufacturing technology of kill fluid is a category of oil and gas working fluid,which has been studied more widely and developed more quickly in recent years.It is mainly used to balance the formation pressure in the testing and remedial well treatment operations, and make it possible to realize non-gushing, non-exploring, low-pollution and low-corruption in the deep well operation.At present, what the deep well drilled by daqing oil field used most in the testing and remedial well treatment is saltwater kill fluid, which presents high cost and poor rheology and has a strong corrosive effect on the pipeline, and, it contaminates the reservoir badly.For this reason, the low-solid kill fluid and solid-free kill fluid system which is suited for the testing and remedial well treatment operations in the deep well in xujiaweizi area of daqing oil feild is studied. The additives is selected and a more suitable kill fluid system is got under the basis of the interior reservoir sensitivity experiment on the fouth passage of Yingcheng group in xujiaweizi area and the analysis of the effect that the kill fluid may have on the reservoir in the testing and remedial well treatment operations. Meanwhile, through a large quantity of experiments, the stability, the rheological property, the filtration and the temperature resisting capability of the kill fluid system is tested and modified and the optimal formula is finally got. Tests and trials indicate that the low-solid kill fluid system with mineral slag wastes as the major weighting agent and the solid-free kill fluid system with the cesium formate as the major weighting agent are two kinds of low-damage and high-quality kill fluid, which present stable properties, good anti-expansion action, little-pollution and low-corrosion to the reservoir, good temperature resisting capability and can be used easily on the site, so they have a good value of introduction. Besides ,an evaluation of the pipeline corrosion caused by the kill fluid is made through the interior experiments and the main factors affected pipeline corrosion is found out ,and the anti-corrosion measures in the testing and remedial well treatment operations was also put forward. Finally, an improved formula of temporary blocking agent required when killing is acquired.
