Study On Dynamic Kill Drilling In Deep Water

Handling the safe problems caused by the shallow gas through the dynamic kill drilling method, has provided an effective way for the safe and successful of the deep water drilling. As an unusual kill method, the dynamic kill drilling has many differences with the usual kill methods. This article is aimed at the safe problems that are caused by the shallow gas in deep water drilling process. Associated with the character of the drilling technology in deep water and using the theoretical analysis, numerical analysis associated with the in-situation data, this article does an investigation about the dynamic kill drilling method for deep water.Based on the requirement of the dynamic kill drilling and the different characters of the deep water's technology, it studied the dynamic kill drilling technology and acquired the examination to the shallow gas, the handle measures and the design of the dynamic kill drilling.Through the theoretical analysis, associated with the dynamic kill drilling technology, using multi-phase model, it builds the conceptual model of the dynamic kill drilling and choices the better algorithm to solve the set of equations. Based on those conditions, it compiled the dynamic kill drilling software.Using the dynamic kill drilling software, it does analysis to the simulated well. It acquired the relationship between the delivery rate and the parameters such as well depth, well bore diameter, bottom hole differential pressure, permeability and so on. It also concluded the different requirements of the dynamic kill drilling to different drilling process. At last, It has informed an integrated conception, which provided the safely and successful foundation for deep water drilling.
