Twin screw pulping extruder is a new type of energy-efficient pulping machine,which have a good characteristic and broad future,for the moment the flow rate,power consumption and the axis force of twin screw pulping extruder can not be calculated but rely on experience,thereby restricts the design and use of this new equipment,so it is very important to study further on the theory of twin screw pulping extruder.The paper focuses on the study of dynamics parameters that include flow rate,power consumption,torque and axis force of twin screw pulping extruder.Establishing the extruding model of twin screw pulping extruder after applying the theory of Darnell-Mol into the theoretical analysis of twin screw pulping extruder,theoretical equation of flow rate,power consumption,torque and axis force of twin screw pulping extruder have been deduced.After a preliminary calculation and analysis we draw the curve of changing of single factor that the effect of screw parameters on dynamics parameters in Matlab.Computer-aided design methods are applied on the design of twin screw pulping mechanism in this paper,firstly establishing the 3-D model of twin screw,and then virtual assembly and interference checking.Computer-aided design of twin screw pulping mechanism can reduce phase warp and avoid interference,so as to reduce design period. The work of this paper is helpful for the design and research of twin screw pulping extruder.In order to verify the extruding model of twin screw pulping extruder,the measurement experiment of torque,flow rate,screw axis force and machine barrel pressure have been conducted,then processing and analyzing the experiment result,using the function of interpolation and curve fitting in Matlab,drawing the curve that the effect of changing of single factor on dynamics parameters of twin screw pulping extruder.The deviation existing between the individual theoretical value and experiment value after contrast with the theoretical curve,the trend in total is consistent with the actual trend, consequently illustrates that the extruding model of twin screw pulping extruder is in accord with the facts.The research work of this paper studys further in depth on design theory of twin screw pulping extruder,provides a reliable basis for selection of thrust bearing of twin screw pulping extruder and main electrical motor,laying the theoretical foundation for the research work in the future,so it has vital significance for the design of twin screw pulping extruder.
