Abstract/Summary:
Twin-screw extruder is a kind of very important equipment in the machine,with the processing performance and modification ability.Along with the development of industry,polymer processing as one of the main polymer processing equipment of twin screw extruder has developed rapidly,and its excellent workability gets more and more extensive applications.With the proposal of Belt and Road strategy and the implementation of industrial structure adjustment,the energy-saving emission reduction is the result,also a new era of the task.In the plastic machinery industry,power consumption is a very large cost.So the extruder is developed more and more energy saving.If we can figure out the components of the power consumption in the extruder and reduce the consumption of each part,it is possible to develop an extruder with advanced level.Co-rotating twin-screw extruder is composed of multiple subsystems,and the extrusion system is the core part with material melting,blending and transportation happening in this section of the system.The power consumption is also mostly occurred here.So it is of great significance to study how to reduce the energy consumption of the extrusion system.Not only should we have a reasonable design,but we should also use reasonable parameters because of different materials.The research of this subject begins with the design of the extrusion system of twin screw extruder.In this paper,the parameters setting of each component are set up and they are assembled with CAD.Also the strength check for screw and barrel is carried out.This paper starts with several mainstream computer simulation techniques to know how to ensure the quality of the product and reduce the consumption of electric energy as much as possible.Three experiments were carried out to study the problem of power consumption.Then I use SPSS and other software to do computer simulation,and get the linear regression equation,so that energy consumption is characterized by yield and speed.
