| "Bamboo Processing Waste Molded Pallet"(referred to as bamboo molded pallet), is one of molded pallets. The molding process includes that mixing a certain amount of offal of bamboo with adhesive, and putting them in a special metal mold, making molding chamber full of materials at a certain temperature and pressure, finally the product will be made.This molded pallet uses bamboo waste as raw material, which can conduce to save precious forest resource and make use of bamboo and its waste effectively.This subject mainly research how to design the structure of bamboo molded pallet and the theoretical analysis. It follows national institute of standards.Now, this kind of bamboo molded pallet has not appeared in the market. And, this project mainly obtained the main performance parameters of the bamboo processing waste molded plate instead of wood, then according to these parameters to simulate the structure of performance analysis and research , using PRO/E,ANSYS software . The major works and conclusions are as follows:(1) Do some mechanical properties test on the sample of the bamboo molded plates, and understand the basic performance of this kind of plates. And determine the basic parameters which are needed in computer simulation experiment and analysis.(2)Use PRO/E to model the bamboo molded pallet, and provide the model for the following computer simulation experiment and analysis. The design includes the overall structure and the key components of local. According to the standard of the common pallet,and referring the existing structure of the molded pallet in the market.(3)Do static compression test and analysis for the several kinds of established models,using ANSYS. Analyze the effection of the main structure parameters to the strength of the overall structure, such as tray panel thickness, supporting legs and stiffeners,mainly according to the deflection and equilibrium of stress distribution.(4)Use SAS to conduct logistic regression analysis on the data of ANSYS analysis, and access the main structural parameters'influence on the whole structure and the extent of the impact.This subject studies the structural form,main structural parameters and properties of the bamboo molded pallet by the computer simulation methods,and combined with the performance test of bamboo molded plate for the first time.It not only lays a good foundation the analysis of physical tests, the simulation test method proposed in this paper can also be used for Structural Analysis of the overall style molded pallet made by other materials.The research and analysis results of this subject, can optimize pallet structureand cut the costs of mold development to some extent. |
