To research into and sum up the traditional eco-environment theory has a significant historical meaning for our eco-city construction as well as the practice of the scientific concept of development and the construction of a harmonious society.Qingdao is a beautiful coastal city in Shandong province with developed economy and great resource condition. It successfully held the sailing games of 2008 Olympics. In order to reflect the Green Olympic concept, Qingdao has taken a series of measures in eco-city construction and achieved some effect, including problems and difficulties.
