The conventional well test truck noly has one slick-line drum, the operators need running and pulling plug or other downhole tools frequently while working. The work efficiency is low and the operating time is long. So we develop double-drum linkage adjustment testing truck.. Lift and control system is the core system of the truck.The main function is made the downhole instruments downgoing and upgoing in water injection well with a wanted speed,and stopping in certain zone.The testing and adjusting signal between downhole iinstruments and the computer can be transferred by the lable of the hoist.So the water injection well can be tested and adjusted real time. The double-drum linkage adjustment testing truck can reduce the operating time, improve the work efficiency and decrease worker physical intensity.On the basis of water injection well testing technology,we offer the technical parameter. choose chassis,design general layout of the truck,we focus on lift systen design and control system design, and do some checking calculation to key parts. double-drum hoist design, cable arrangement device, measurement dcvice and motive power of hoist are the key technique,The paper discuss them with emphasis.In accordance with the content mentioned above, we trial-produced a double-drum linkage adjustment testing truck and used it in Daqing Oil-field, The testing truck is very effective and lays a foundation for mass production of the double-drum linkage adjustment testing truck.
