This device is developped entirely independently with intellective copyright ourselves . Its' ratio of performance to price is better than foreign . It has been used in national inspection centre as the most authoritative equipment domestic . The main content is as follows . The oveall frame of test system and closed circular conduit are designed after carefully analyzing the thermal performance test condition and deeply investigating the theory or methods of solar collectors . It can test two solar collectors at the same time . According to the trajectory of the earth's movement round the sun ,the sun—tracker is developed with two axes controls .It can trace the sun throughout the day with a accuracy within ±2°. A two—stage control system of temperature is developed to stabilize the given value in the region of 0~130 ℃. The control error is less than ±0.1 ℃.The primary temperature is controlled through enlarging the system's thermal capacity by a large water case . The precise temperature control is achieved througe the sub temperature PID regulating with the adaptive function . The small given flux(0.005 kg/sm~2~0.3 kg/sm~2)is controlled by a transducer using PID algorithm together with numerical processing . The control accuracy is within ±1% of initial value . The overall system software is designed . Meantime ,the methods how to think and the function per department are described in details . And the test methods of the fluid pressure drop , the collector time constant , the steady state efficiency and the incidence angle modifier test are introduceed carefully . Moreover , the craftwork process all sorts of testes and the realization of software are shown chiefly .
