Oil is the blood of economic operation. With the complex exploring geological conditions, the fierce competition in domestic and foreign market, and the rapid development of drilling technology, the petroleum exploration and development technologies in our country must follow and catch up with advanced level in the world. At present, many oil companies around the world are actively committed to carry out research work of downhole tool testing, inspection through simulated downhole conditions on the ground, and develop the corresponding downhole tool performance test device. In this paper, the experimental system in Dagang oilfield downhole tools are studied, the research contents and results are as follows:1. Heating scheme of high-temperature testing well system has been chosen. I have calculated heat balance of heating system, and finally choose the best air heating scheme. I have verified the reliability through the theoretical calculation.2. The problems in the loading equipment in multi-function testing machine have been further researched, and an optimization scheme has been determined. After improvement, the loading equipment in multi-function testing machine ran well, not only solved the problem of unable to load small tonnage and displacement inconformity, but also meet various needs of testing load in the project.3. The finite element analysis is used on loaded components, hydraulic anchor. The normal temperature packer and the high temperature packer, and hydraulic impactor have been tested and analyzed. The result is that the improved downhole tool testing system can run and be experimented safely.
