| The paper mainly analysed and studied main technical parameters on QZK18375 curved surface screen by two sides which were academic analysis and experimental research.Firstly the paper analysed and summarized current status on high-frequency vibrating screen both in domestic and overseas . and bring forward the development trends and the problem existed currently about the our country of QZK18375 curved surface screen.The experimentation on shoot of high speed validated the movement of high frequency,low swing" was propitious to dehydration, which explained its technical feasibility. then firstly reasearch and analysed QZK18375 curved surface by the ALGOR of the software of finite element. and duced that the working frequency QZK18375 curved surface screen was 24Hz that was far to its connatural frequency, which proved stability of structureThe paper studied working principle and characteristic of structure, and studied the total theories relation of every technical parameters by academic analysis of kinematics and dynamics. and also studied assured principia and means of main technical parameters on QZK18375 curved surface screen.Lastly by the experiment of on Jia Yuan coal preparation plant in Jie Xiu. and settle and analysed data of experimentation ,and studied the relation about every technical parameters and frequency,swing,measure of sieve,feed concentration etc. the result not only explained swing and measure of sieve had great influence to efficiency of dehydration and moisture of screen overflow ,but also explained feed concentration and measure of sieve had great influence to relative moisture of screen overflow,moisture of screen underflow and moisture of screen under flow etc.By these research, we had more thorough understanding with the relation of the technical parameter and the vibrational parameters, and better instruct manufacturing and production.The result that this paper studied not only has theories meaning, but also had practical value.
