Economic Analysis Between Rural Industrial Development And Environmental Protection

Since reform and opening up,China's economy has made great achievement which has attracted great attention from the whole world.In the rural economy,China's rural industry has obtained a huge development and has become an important part of the national economy.However,at the same time of the rapid development of rural industries, environmental pollution and ecological damage are also increased by the rural enterprises. Environmental pollution in the rural areas has become one of important factors which restrict the development of society and economy.Against this background,this paper argues that it's greatly essential and urgent for us to research the cause of environmental pollution by the enterprises from the economic point of view and find out the environmental protection policies and measures.This paper is made up of four parts:The first part is the introduction;mainly introduce four aspects,including the research background and significance,the theoretical research at home and abroad,the research methods and the main contents.The second part firstly summarizes the contributions to national economic development by the rural industrialization in five aspects,then analyzes the current characteristics of industrial pollution in rural areas from the opposite point,and finally gives an analysis of harmful effects caused by the environmental pollution.The third part summarizes the main cause of environmental pollution in rural areas on the basis of the analysis of above two parts,including the lack of attention of government and environmental protection laws and reputations,the shortage of capital and the weak supervision of rural environment.The forth part mainly analyzes the causes of environmental problems and the means of environmental protection from the economic point of view,then give some specific advices of solving the environmental pollution from the angel of government;enterprise and Personal.
