Taking the ZY10000/26/55 two-leg shield-type powered support as an example, the author of this paper gives a particular analysis on the traits of load and structure of the high cutting height mightiness hydraulic power support in the mine. And applying the Pro/E three-dimensions modeling software and ANSYS finite element analysis software to the whole support numerical simulation on the standing-force states of the high cutting support in 3 kinds abominable working conditions, the author elicits a result of the bear force traits and transmutation rules of the high cutting support, which lays a foundation for structure designing and material collocating of the support. At the same time, applying the two softwares to the standing-force analysis on the commonly-used welded joints of the components of the support, and classifying and contrasting between them, the author obtains a result of their structure traits and stress distributing traits, which supply references to the support designing.
