This text has introduced the analytical method that taking working height of the support as independent variable.Through the convenient visual function of VB software,has carried on kinematics analysis in designing the Model ZY5200/8/18D Hydraulic support that is researched and developed,obtain the kinematics parameter of the Hydraulic support and the orbit pictures of sports.Through hydraulic support load characteristic analyze support the most dangerous situation that bear the weight and analyze the hydraulic support by strength space outside.According to elastic sheet metal theory and plasticity mechanics,employ the pole body theory of thin wall of many chambers in the section is calculated,have analyzed the intensity of the agent structure of the hydraulic support.Use ANSYS finite element method to analyze the column and whole structural and get the stress value.Have proved the feasibility in the design of law of finite element,offering important reference to the hydraulic support in the future design.
