| It is an effective way to promote the post-evaluation of environment influence and realize sustainable development of projects by the forecasting of environment influence as a thermal power project goes into operation. In order to improve the environment management quality, the paper predicts the environment influence of phase II project in Xiangtan power plant by establishing a theory of forecasting methods. Based on the analysis of environment influence forecasting methods, the paper starts with the change law of environment data, a combination forecasting method based on multi-objective maximum distance method is proposed so that the forecasting precision can be improved. And then it is certified that the applicability and effectiveness of the method through empirical study of the project. Finally, the control model of environment influence factors in thermal power project is put forward based on input-output model. |
