In this paper, on the basic research of a wide range of domestic and foreign literature, it is summed up of a series of development researches to the inter-layered super-heavy oil reservoir water gas injection. Shul super-heavy oil reservoir is analysis as an example of inter-layered heavy oil. The main conflict lies in the heterogeneity caused by the distribution of mud in the formation which affected the recovery; Steam injection wells steam channeling serious; oil production of high-cycle variation effects; oil sand production, the increase in water issues; imbalance in the use of horizontal wells, production results need to be further improved.A series of solutions has put forward in response to these conflicts; such as the pre-drainage technology, to help chemical row technology, steam injection layered, high-temperature profile, such as temporary blocking anti-Channeling technology, artificial sand wall technology, to improve the level of well coordinated Technology. Finally, on-site practice to prove that these measures are indeed reached a mutual laminated to improve the development of super-heavy oil.
