The Study On Comparision And Regulatian Of Urban Eco-Security About Kashgar Hotan And Korla Cities

With the rapid development of social economy, the problem of ecological security has become one of the important factors which affect the progress of human society. It is the component of national security as important as economical and military security. Eco-security has changed into a popular topic which focuses a lot of subjects and fields. Along with the thorough research about eco-security theory, how to express,quantify and evaluate the situation of ecological security has become one of the central questions.This article chooses three oasis cities–Kashgar,Hotan and Korla as object, which situated in the edge of Tarim Basin .On the basis of analysis present situation, the author uses Entropy-right Method and comprehensive appraisal model to assess the ecological security, according to the assessment model of Pressure -State -Response. Using Entropy-right Method to confirm every weight of index can resolve the problem of which many indexes had not uniform standard ,and reduce the disturbance of subjectivity in the course of appraising while research. This method could objectively reflect the contribution of every index to regional ecological security. To compare the present situation of urban eco-security about Kashgar,Hotan and Korla, this article point out the serious problems respectively and state protecting and regulating measures for each city. It can also offer examples and thinking for the study of ecological security and sustainable development about oasis city.
