Coal Mining Area's Ecological Alteration With The Core Of Wetland System

There are more than 120 mining cities playing an important role in the economical development of China, which also make the serious, even the unreversable destroy of ecological environment. In this paper, we take the transforming of Tangshan South Lake ecology area for example, discussing the way of ecological treatment of abandoned mining areas and how to establish the new relationship between it and cities.The South Lake programming area is situated on the huge Coal mining collapse water area which is in the southern centre of Tangshan province. The problems needed to be solved include: mining remains disposal—flyash and coal gangue, garbage disposal when it being abandoned and wetland ecological environment repairing of collapse water areas.Firstly, I have a synthetical study and analyse of the unified plan of South Lake ecology area, then emphasize environment restore and ecology design of the wetland in this area. Through studying the theory of wetland specific property, important index and ecological design principle, type, method, etc; suggesting transform model according to the wetland status quo—adjust ecology of the abandoned and stable collapse water areas in the primary place ; by means of reinforcing the assay of different index of the sinking collapse water areas and by taking the transform of surrounding areas as the principal thing, building the waste water repairing wetland near the main source of pollution: garbage mountain, flyash yard, coal gangue yard, etc in order to ensure the high water quality of the wetland system,At the same time , I partition the programmed area to core protected area, transitional area and experimental area from the view of wetland protection .I also advise that building some urban wetland parks in transitional area combine with some theme park in programming, refer to the conception program of the whole area. In this essay ,I only taking the Qinglong River and garbage mountain area for example, advance my opinions on the design of the wetland park, which included: management of the water circulation system, bank design, path and afforest system expending, etc,make every effort to build the nearby-city ecological area with the ecological function and landscape-effect. In the next, I present the South Lake area's maintenance, during the transformation and next phase. The key is reinforce the inspection and management of the system and lead people join in the protection of the wetland.Finally, I further emphasized the effect of South Lake ecology area's plan and environment alteration on development of the quality and value of its surrounding areas. It is of far-reaching significance and inspiration of environment transforming of other abandoned coal mining area, even of more mining cities in China.
