Preparation And Pharmacodynamic Research Of Tianmafufangjiangya Capsules

The prescription of Tianmafufangjiangya Capsule,which is composed of three Chinese herb medicine--Gastrodia elate Bl,Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat and Lycium barbarum L is clinically curative for hypertension. According to the standards of healthy products,it is made into a capsule dosage form with the morden technology of extraction,purification and preparation after a basic study of pharmacochemistry,pharmacodynamics and pharmacology in the prescription.The study details are as follows.1.Study on theories:With the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theories,the source of the prescription,the survey of the studies and the significance of developing the issue are demonstrated and summarized widely.2.Study on preparation process:With the index of the contents of extracta, gastrodin and polysaccharide,the extaction process of Gastrodia elate Bl was optimized by parallel-contrast and orthogonal experiments.With the index of the contents of extracta and total flavone,the extaction process of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat was optimized by parallel-contrast and orthogonal experiments.With the index of the contents of extracta and polysaccharide,the extraction process of Lycium barbarum L was optimized by parallel-contrast and orthogonal experiments.Taken the extraction as intermediate,purified process was optimized and the preparation process was established.3.Study on quality control method:The quality standard of crude drugs and finished products was established.TLC method was taken for identification of Gastrodia elate Bl and Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Chemical method was taken for identification of polysaccharides component.HPLC method was taken for determination of Gastrodine in Tianmafufangjiangya Capsules.4.Study on pharmacodynamics:To divide 100 primary hypertension patients into two groups at random:control group,which is given conventional theraphies,including 40 patients and cure group,which is given both conventional therapies and the new product's therapies,including 60 patients and to do clinical research on the two groups.Irritability hypertension model and excessive rising of liver-YANG hypentension model of mouse were established and the product's function was evaluated and studied through the two models.
