Studies On The Preparationt Echnology And Quality Standard Of Rukang Capsules

Rukang capsules is a Chinese medicine preparation, which is made of 15 traditional Chinese medicines including Milkvetch Root, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae, Rhizoma Curcumae, Radix Asparagi,Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Boswellia carterii, Commiphora Myrrha etc. There are many effectivenesses about this prescription such as dispersing the depressed liver-energy and reliefing gloom, regulating qi to alleviate pain, promoting blood flow and expelling stagnate, softening hard lumps and dispeling nodes, invigorating vital energy and the spleen and soon , as well as the hyperplasia of mammary glands can be healed by it . This topic was mainly to systematically study the technology, quality standard and the initial stability test of the preparation .The route and condition of the technology was based on the prerequisite of the clinical efficacy and combined the qualities of the medicine of the prescription. The crashing of the raw medicine , the technology of water extraction and alcohol precipitation were the principal researches. Water extraction and alcohol precipitation process have been ascertained by using the orthogonal experimental method and solids as the quota targets .The methods of the thin-layer chromatography of Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Raidix Scrophulariae, Boswellia carterii, RadixAsparagi have been established in studying the quality standard, we adopted the conventional quality examination in the capsules and the assay of the Astragaloside has been constructed and the low limit of the contents has been defined. In the study of the preparation stability, three semi-works productions have been examined for 0-3 months and the results showed that all indexes were consistent with the regulation.The findings suggested that the technology of the preparation is reasonable and desirable, the quality is stable and controllable and accord with the needs of treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
