| This paper is based on the analyzing and summarizing tencel characteristic, tencel fabric advantage in performance and the difficulty of weaving technology. Researching and developing different yarn density, different ratio determination of blended yarn, explained tencel fabric critical technique in each producing process detailed and optimized the optimal process of weaving tencel fabric successfully.This paper analysis different elements which effected the permeability of compound tencel fabric, listed the indicates of fabric thermal and moisture comfort by the thickness and tightness in fabric standard to heat resistance, water vapor transmission rate, air permeability, getting the relationship between all parameters and fabric permeability indicates on Excel data analysis, got the regression curve between them , and utilized the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, canonically assess the permeability of the compound fabric .The purpose for studying the subject is to not only supply some theory for the appliance of tencel composite material and its production technology but also gibe the way of evaluation and make it more accurate, make its production technology more appropriate and scientific and the theory more complete, give beneficial help to the study of composite material and supply some methods for related study. |
