| Fabric luster,as one of the components of fabric visual style,is an important factor to evaluate visual style and also plays a very important role in the design of fabric visual style.At present,the testing and evaluation methods of fabric luster are mainly divided into two categories: the sensory evaluation method and the standard instrument testing method.The sensory evaluation method evaluates the fabric luster according to the visual perception of human eyes,and the evaluation results are affected by human subjective factors,and the fabric luster cannot be quantified.The standard instrument testing method evaluates the fabric luster by physical indexes such as reflected light,which has some shortcomings such as single test index and simple evaluation method.Therefore,based on spectral imaging technology and computer vision technology,the purpose of this thesis is to study the testing and evaluation methods of fabric luster which conforms to the principle of human vision perception.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the textile industry testing standard of "FZ/T 01097-2006 fabric luster test method",the consistency between the standard instrument testing method of fabric luster and the sensory evaluation method was studied.The subjective consistency between the standard instrument testing result of fabric luster and the sensory evaluation result was analyzed by the linear consistency fitting curve.The results show that the consistency between the testing results of the standard instrument testing method of fabric luster and the sensory evaluation results is poor,and the standard instrument testing method of fabric luster has some shortcomings,such as single test index and poor subjective consistency,which needs to be further studied and improved.(2)In view of the shortcomings of the standard instrument testing method of fabric luster,a fabric luster testing and evaluation method based on spectral imaging technology was proposed.Firstly,multi-band spectral reflectance data of fabric images were collected by spectral imaging system,and spectral data ranging from 380 nm and780nm were selected for analyzing and processing.Based on the theory of directional difference,the evaluation features of fabric luster were constructed.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and RF(Random Forest)regression method were used to comprehensively evaluate the fabric luster.Finally,the consistency between results of comprehensive evaluation of fabric luster and sensory evaluation results and the standard instrument testing results of fabric luster was verified,the verification results show that the fabric luster results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has a good consistency with subjective results and also meets the instrument testing standard.Moreover,it can overcome the uncertainty of human visual perception as well as the limitations of instrument testing,and it provides a new solution for the instrument testing and evaluation of fabric luster.(3)Aiming at the limitations of single angle and high cost in the testing method for the spectral imaging system,a multi-angle fabric luster by computer vision testing and evaluation method was proposed.Firstly,a multi-angle computer vision test platform for fabric luster was established based on computer vision and optical principles.Then the fabric images were analyzed and processed by digital image processing technology,and the evaluation features were respectively constructed from the aspects of gray scale,color and texture features.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and RF regression method were used to comprehensively evaluate the luster of the fabric.Finally the consistency between the comprehensive evaluation results of fabric luster and the sensory evaluation results and the test results of the standard instrument testing method was verified.The verification results show that the evaluation results of the RF regression model are in good consistency with the sensory evaluation results,which can overcome the uncertainty of human visual perception,and also meet the instrument testing standard.The research in this thesis shows that fabric luster testing and evaluation method based on spectral imaging technology is superior to the method based on multi-angle computer vision whether being compared with the sensory evaluation method or with the standard instrument testing method,but it has some shortcomings such as high cost and single testing conditions.The testing and evaluation method of multi-angle fabric luster by computer vision meets the requirements of subjective consistency and standard instrument consistency.Compared with the fabric luster testing and evaluation method based on spectral imaging technology,it has the advantages of low cost and multi-angle testing.Compared with the standard instrument testing method of fabric luster,it overcomes the shortcoming of single testing index and simple evaluation method,and can realize the low cost and non-contact fabric luster test. |
