Plan And Design Of Transformation And Programming Of Crude Oil Storage And Transport System Of Changqing Oilfield

The main oil product area of ChangQing Oilfield located in Loess plateau, the topographty is fragmented, and has poor base for ground construction. In the recently years, along with the unceasing breakthrough in the exploration and development situation of Changqing Oilfield, the crude oil output maintained the situation which above million tons for many years continually. The capability of present storage and transport system is serious insufficient and the conflict between product and transportation is distinct. In order to satisfy the development need of Changqing Oilfield, according to the development plan,programming and the output prediction of the entire oilfield, designed the transformation plan for the crude oil storage and transportation system of Changqing Oilfield, and formed the 14.5 million tons the overall curde oil storage and transportation system plan. On the base of prediction of the output according to the development plan of the Changqing Oilfield, considering the market and sales situation, formed the system balance program of the entire oil field. Under the instruction of the holistic programming project, and combined the actual case of the produce and transportation balance in 2007, analyzed the present situation and the transformation of several primary pipelines. Take the Wuqi oil region, Anyan pipeline and JiMa line as the examples, carried the thermaldynamics and hydraulics calculation, propose the particular plan of supplement transportation and transformation project, and satisfied the demand of development of the oilfield well.
