In recent years,with the rapid development of economic globalization,the demand for steel in the market has gradually shifted from the original large quantities to the requirements of small quantities and varieties,which runs counter to the requirements of mass production of steel enterprises.In order to meet the market demand of small quantities and varieties,the steel enterprises need to batch-optimize the small-batch orders of customers to adapt to the mass production and logistics mode of the iron and steel enterprises so as to reduce the production and logistics costs and meet the market demand.Iron and steel enterprise logistics coordination plan is the iron and steel enterprise logistics system logistics batch planning,inventory management plan and plant transportation planning,coordination and tracking control process.Rolling logistics is a series of logistics process that the semi-finished products of slab produced by steel-making continuous casting are stored and further transported to the rolling equipment for rolling production,and then the finished products are transported to the finished goods warehouse,which is the key to the steel production logistics.Reasonable rolling logistics plan to improve customer satisfaction,reduce operating costs and ensure the quality of finished products are essential.There are many uncertain factors in the process of steel production and logistics.These uncertainties will affect the iron and steel enterprises’logistics planning.As a result,the logistics coordination plan deviates from the original goal,affecting product quality and customer satisfaction,and how to deal with These uncertain factors are also the research hotspot in academia in recent years.Therefore,this paper studies the above issues from the following perspectives:(1)First,read a lot of advanced research results at home and abroad,summarize the relevant theory of batch rolling,slab stack shuffling,rolling batch planning,bi-lever programming and steel industry uncertainty in steel rolling batch,Combing to form a relatively systematic theoretical system,which laid a strong theoretical background for the study of this paper.(2)From the perspective of bi-lever optimization,a bi-lever programming model for rolling logistics planning in iron and steel enterprises was established.The lower model considers the process constraints of the rolling logistics and the slab stack shuffling to establish the batch combination and the overlay planning model.The upper model considers the products on-time delivery,the slab inventory cost and the rolling Unit batch sorting and punishment to establish the upper level of rolling logistics batch scheduling model.(3)Considering the uncertainty of delivery date based on the bi-lever programming model of rolling mill in iron and steel enterprises,fuzzy theory is applied to deal with the uncertain delivery date,which makes the model more in line with the actual situation.(4)Finally,the main research work of this paper is summarized.Discusses the limitation of the research and the direction that can be further studied.
