The Study And Application For Atmospheric Environmental Capacity Of Baotou

On the basis of briefly introducing goal, meaning, background and present research situation of domestic as well as abroad, atmospheric environmental capacity of Baotou has been calculated by adopting state standard A-value method through selection of calculating methods and diffusion models for atmospheric environmental capacity in the paper. According to environmental function division into district of Baotou, When air quality complies with more than 80% of daily average value, we have got the permit emission amount of SO₂, NO_X, I.P. On the basis of calculating the capacity, the study has given preventing methods of Baotou during 11^th five-year, in which there are strictly controlling total emission amount, industrial pattern improvement and air pollution prevention of coal-burning. The paper will provide technical support for municipality plan and environmental management in the future.
