Most of the economic growth in the Northeast relies on coal-based energy consumption.The long and cold winters are dominated by coal-fired coal.The large consumption of fossil fuels produces a large amount of SO2,NO2,and PM10,which causes air quality to deteriorate.How to ensure economic development in the case of little change in air quality requires scientific analysis and assessment of atmospheric environmental carrying capacity.In this paper,by analyzing the large amount of data of Heilongjiang Province environmental quality monitoring station,the paper analyzes the time distribution and spatial distribution regularity and spatial distribution of air quality in Hadasui,and the status quo of ambient air quality.The pollution source information of the Hadasui area is statistically classified according to different industries and regions,and from industrial sources,living sources and traffic sources.By comparing the A-value method with the linear programming of CALPUFF,the results of linear programming with smaller data CALPUFF combined with linear programming are the atmospheric environmental capacity of shanghai area SO2,NO2,PM100 are 264.78×104t,61.83×104t,166.14×104t,which is 19.44 times,5.81 times,and 8.39 times of SO2,NO2,and PM10emissions in 2017.The applicability analysis of the CALPUFF model is performed.The correlation coefficient is above 0.6,which is suitable for air quality prediction in the Hadasui area.Through the analysis of the atmospheric bearing capacity index under normal conditions and the atmospheric bearing capacity under the most unfavorable conditions,it is concluded that the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity index of SO2,NO2 and PM100 in the Hadasui region in 2017 is less than-0.7,which is in a high load state.Under adverse circumstances,the difficulty degree of overloading of atmospheric environmental carrying capacity is Suihua>Daqing>Harbin,SO2>NO2>PM10,spring>summer>autumn>winter.
