Oriented from American, the term of Industrial Engineering is a polytechnic and engineering subject in practice based on Tyle working system,which emphasize to improve the product efficiency ,reduce the product cost and insure the product quality thus guarantee the qulity of production so that make the profit integerately.IE is a important subject to help the corporation running ,included the measure engineering ,working evaluation,salary principle and working arrangement, even to the working research as well as decision making; and something like this., Comparing to the international enterprise ,it is just the starting stage to apply IE into the fashin working and management in our nation,which is not appropriate to the name, So called"various clothing nation" thereafter, researching and applying the clothing IE , combining the production with management togeter,is not only the need to improve product qulity but also the important content to increase the core competitive ability of clothing interprise.Based on the developing condition in abroad and domestic IE industry,the thesis analysed the working plan and working management which take the mediu or junior—sized enterprise as the researching subject, anatomized the problem lied in our clothing industry at present ,and taken several key points to write the paper,the author gave out his own opinions,such as the working file's edition , optimization of the working process as well as the optimization of working order.
