This thesis consists of the following two parts:The first part is review containing three chapters: First the development of copper catalysis in cross-coupling reactions is briefly introduced. Due to their low price and toxicity, copper salts have recently emerged as novel catalysts in cross-coupling reactions, whose replacement of toxic and expensive Pd or Ni catalysts will greatly improve the chemical industry in both the economic and environmental aspects. Next mainly introduced that the copper catalysis overlapping coupling reaction condition, mainly included the catalyst, the ligand and the solvent. Finally mainly introduced that in the last few years the copper catalysis terminal alkyne and the azide coupling response. The second part of research: A variety of substituted quinolin-2(1H)-imine are prepared in good to excellent yields via a copper-catalyzed multicomponenet reaction of sulfonyl azides, terminal alkynes, and o-aminobenzaldehyde. The method is general, mild, and efficent All those mentioned compounds have been determined by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS and IR.
