Research On Whole Life Appraisal Of Green Building

Construction takes important roles in our country all the time and creates comfortable and convenient living conditions, production environment and social environment for the people. There are kinds of residential buildings, commercial buildings, factories mansions, and office buildings were built, but they also discharge deleterious gas, become one of the principal causes of current world energy shortages, resource depletion and environmental pollution. So green building has become necessary trend of architecture development. It gives us comfortable living conditions, reuses materials, balances the relationship between construction and health, and reduces polluted emission in the building life cycle. The assessment for green building is the core of developing green building which can in favor of green assessment, do beneficial things to ours natural resources and ecosystem.This thesis introduced one new conception-whole life appraisal (WLA) to promote the development of green building system under consideration of Chinese actuality condition. The thesis's major content including six parts: 1. Research background, significance; 2. introduce some green building whole life cycle theories, and enumerate many green building assessment systems; 3.The framework of whole life appraisal -use WLA to four stages, and use the tool of benchmark. And also give us the development WLA,limitation and its significance; 4. Detailed analyze four stages: decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage,Operation and Maintenance stage. And bring up about economical index system; 5. Analyze Whole Life Costing in detail, give models, decision process, and carry out Sensitive analysis; 6. Give technological tool-Benchmark, and use it to appraisal green building; 7.Case analysis. The thesis's emphasis is to research WLA, and to have the aid of Whole Life Costing (WLC) and benchmarking to appraisal green building, in order to improve Chinese green building system.
