| Safety performance evaluation is an important way used to evaluate an airline's safety state and improve safety level, which is one of the most important parts of SMS. Researches on safety performance insides and outsides are summarized and limitations are found in indicator system establishment ,weight establishment and evaluation methods. In the process of the safety performance indicators'establishment, organization management and system mangment are firstly used in it. Through investigations in XX airline, resources of safety performance indicators is analyzed and scientific safety performance indicator system is established. Safety performance indicator system is composed of two blocks, process indicators and result indicators, which not only emphasizes on process but also on result. According to the characteristics of the safety performance indicators, AHP method is used to calculate indicators'weight combining qualitative and quantitative method. Fuzzy synthetic evaluation and AHP method is combined to evaluate indicator system and a degree is acquired from"worst","worse","good","better","best". Then the model is applied in XX airline and the final result is acquired which is used not only in improving the airline's safety but also in finding the shortages in part blocks of the company. Through the evaluation, an airline's safety level is continuously improved. |
