The Synthesis Of Hydroxyl Ammonium Ionic Liquids And Study On Their Capability Of Flue Gas Desulphurization

As the desulphurization byproduct becoming more and more,and their disposing also becoming a severe problem day by day,experiment studies a flue gas desulfurization process by the renewable hydroxyl ammonium ionic liquids.A series of hydroxyl ammonium ionic liquids were synthesize using the method of microwave in the experiment,and through found the simulated flue gas desulphurization devices,the experiment studies the flue gas desulfurization process by a series of hydroxyl ammonium ionic liquids.Four kinds of sustances were selected to provide the cation,which are 2-hydroxyethylammonium,2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ammonium,tri-(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium and N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine.Three kinds of sustances were selected to provide the anion, which are lactate,formate and acetate.By the reaction of cation and anion,12 kinds of hydroxyl ammonium ionic liquids were acquired.Choosing 2-hydroxyethylammonium lactate as the commissary,and by orthogonal test the best microwavable synthesizing condition:the tempreture is 65℃,the reaction tine is 30 minute,the power is 300 tile and the mole fraction of hydroxyl ammonium and acid is 1:1.1.Except N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine, the product efficiency of the rest ionic liquids all keep more than 90%.The hydroxyl ammonium ionic liquids were choosen as the absorbent.The tempreture is 25℃and the concentration of SO₂ is 3000×10^-6.By comparing the efficiency of desulphurization and the capability of sulphur,select the best absorbent.The result indicates that the absorbing effect of 2-hydroxyethylammonium lactate is best.The efficiency of desulphurization can achieve 99%in 450minute and at 25℃the capability of sulphur is about 0.5 gram.The 2-hydroxyethylammonium lactate ionic liquid was choosen as the absorbent,and was confirmed the best tecnics condition.The experimental results indicated the best absorption tempreture is about 55℃,the best desorption tempreture is 90℃,and the best desorption time is 60 minute.The absorbent can adapt the flue gas of different concentration, at the concentration of 1000×10^-6to 5000×10^-6the efficiency of desulphurization can achieve more than 98.5%.At 55℃the capability of sulphur is about 0.26 gram.By the 5 times cyclate absorbtion and desorption,the result indicates that the fifth efficiency of desulphurization can achieve more than 98.2%,and the fifth efficiency of desorption achieve more than 90%.The absorbent's regeneration is all right. The 2-hydroxyethylammonium lactate ionic liquid has very well capability of desulphurization.The efficiency of desulphurization is high and the capability of sulphur is great.It has favourite potential application in industry.
