Along with the emphasis on environmental protection in the thermal power plants, Limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization and circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization applications are widely applied in China. Which has become an important trend that using simulation method to simulated flue gas desulfurization process, to solve the problem of desulfurization design, operation and personnel training and other issues. Based on mechanism of the both desulphurization methods, the simulation models of wet flue gas desulphurization efficiency and dry desulfurization efficiency were established and calculated using matlab program, respectively. The influence of the pH, liquid-gas ratio, flue gas temperature and the concentration of entrance of sulfur dioxide concentration on the efficiency of wet flue gas desulphurization were analysed quantitatively.The influence of Ca-S ratio, spray volume and temperature on dry flue gas desulfurization efficiency were analysed also. The correctness of simulation models of the two kinds of desulfurization efficiency were verified by the analysis of the results of calculating.
