Six poly-ionic liquids functionalized by metal phthalocyanines was synthesized.Their adsorption capacity on dimethyl disulfide was investigated.The effect of metal phthalocyanine species,carrier type,the dosage of metal phthalocyanine,adsorbent dosage on adsorption of dimethyl disulfide were investigated in details.The results showed that the poly-ionic liquid functionalized by iron phthalocyanine loaded on silica gel was the best adsorbent.The optimal adsorption condition was the amount of the metal phthalocyanine 25%,the adsorbent amount 150g/L and the adsorption time 15 min.Under the optimal adsorption condition,the removal rate of dimethyl disulfide is 83.6%.The adsorbent is reused for 5 times,and the removal rate is still above 80%Four kinds of functionalized ionic liquids were synthesized by conventional ionic liquid polymerization.Eleven kinds of supported functionalized ionic liquids were synthesized by polymerization of coupling agent and ionic liquid monomer.The synthesized adsorbents were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer.Dibenzothiophene(DBT)dissolved in n-heptane was as model oil,the adsorbents were screened.The results showed CuPc-12/Maifan stone was the best adsorbent.The optimal adsorption condition was the adsorbent amount2g/20 mL model oil and the adsorption time 30 min,the removal rate of DBT was up to94.04%.In addition the adsorption effect of different thiophene sulfides was more than90%.The adsorption removal rate is still above 90% after reusing for 5 times,which showed that this adsorbent has good regeneration performance.the adsorption effect on the real gasoline was good.While,the adsorbent was penetrated at 70 minutes.The surface molecular imprinting technique was applied to adsorption of gasoline desulfurization.Molecular imprinting polymer was prepared by attapulgite as a carrier,DBT as template molecule,methacrylic acid as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinking agent,and azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator.This imprinting polymer were characterized by infrared chromatography and SEM.Its adsorptive property was investigated.The optimal process conditions were that the reaction temperature is 65℃,methacrylic acid(MAA)is used as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate is used as functional monomers,the amount of functional monomers 0.2ml,the amount of crosslinking agent 0.8ml.The kinetic tests of molecularly imprinted polymers showed that the adsorption equilibrium isotherm can bebest represented by Langmuir isotherm model,and the kinetics data can be fitted best by pseudo-second order model,the template molecule is adsorbed on the imprinted polymer by a monolayer.The results indicate that adsorption removal rate is up to 90%.
