China is the birthplace of tea and the earliest start of the country to tea. The tea economy played an important role in the ancient socio-economic history, and it had an important impact on the politics, economy, military, culture, diplomatism, nation and diet. The ancient Chinese tea industry had experienced four stages, they were before Tang Dynasty initial development period, the rise of the Tang and Song Dynasties period, Yuan, Ming and early Qing continued development period, and the late Qing decline period (also international period). Chinese tea culture produced on the basis of the certain degree of tea economy, and it signed to Tang Dynasty Lu Yu's "tea". The Chinese tea culture developed rapidly, and it was mature in the Song Dynasty. It continued to develop in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and gradually shifted to the civilian population. The Chinese tea culture has broad and diverse forms, and its unique cultural influence propelled the development of the tea industry. The Chinese tea culture of the development process is actually promoting tea process, also the process to promote tea economic development. In the ancient history of the development of tea industry, tea culture and tea economy interacted, and they developed together, thus created a grand Chinese tea industry situation. From the propellant effect of the tea culture on the tea economy, we can see that culture plays an important role in the economic development process, especially in today's socio-economic development, culture has become a strong driving force for economic development. We should pay attention to the potential economic value of culture, skillfully take cultural line, and actively promote the tea culture in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the tea industry.
