There is a high energy consumption and high pollution of the production status in our country. As an important secondary energy, power shoulder an important responsibility in energy saving. Study is based on Tengzhou in Shandong. By connection with the "Kyoto Protocol" from "emissions trading" mechanism and GB 13223-2003, a system is developed to suit to China's electricity production evaluation system of the environment—ecological indicator to achieve the production of China's electric power system of quantitative measure of environmental protection. By optimizing sub-objects, optimal electric schedule is researched, with a view to achieve the power system of environmental protection throughout the production. Research is to act both in electricity production-oriented economy, and in social responsibility of environmental protection.
