The Research On The Application Of Clear Production In Shao Feng Cement Group

Cement industry, as one of tradditioal industries , is under serious control of state production policy because of its high combustion of resources and energy as well as serious pollution .Facing up severe environment protection laws and increasing demand of green production, enterprises have to take positive actions to carry out cleaner production to meet the need of biological civilization in 21 centrury.,which is no doubt a serious challenge to all the enterprises in the future.This article systematically gives a brief introduction of the development of cleaner production such as the content of production ,the goals and the method of production. Through contrast analysis on the end treatment , we have a better understanding of its functions and form a solid theory on clear production.This article is written according to all round survey on the background of the enterprise called Hunan Xiangxiang Shao Feng Cement Group,which is a state-owned large enterprise with great contribution to the nation in the construction of economy of China in the past. But at the crisis of the present reform of enterprises, it is faced with not only the opportunities in development ,but also the restrictive conditions in many aspects, especially in the process of production. This article provides a systematic contrast analysis on the technical equipment , the cost of production ,the power of competion and the environtmental conditions of cement enterprises in order to find a solution in the restrictive factors in the development of enterprises , that is to say , we can find a way of breaking out the production restrictions for the best choice of cleaner production which is considered accordingly.This article also presents a set of cleaner production scheme for Shao Feng Group, which shows a solution to the transfer of rough economy to the integrated, and provides a way in reducing the combustion of energy , environment pollution , cost of production and increasing the competion for enterprises with the combination of international advanced technology and process so as to go over the restrictive conditions in the enterprises'production. .This article establishes a theoretical model for the cleaner production of cement. Although it is put forward based on the backgrounds of Shao Feng Cement Group , it aims at solving the general problems existing in cement industry. In a word , this article opens a uniqe,general significant way in its direction,guideline, practical application to all the cement factories.
