The characteristic of the new dry cement technology is suspension preheater andseparate precalciner. The merits of new dry cement technology are higher auto, higherqualities of product, lower energy consumption, lower emission of harmful wastes and so onthan conventional technology. The technology of large new dry cement is tendency of cementmanufactureing industry. Study on engineering practices and system optimization of 5000t/dnew dry cement product line of Tianrui Group, and the results are following:(1) The running states of 5000t/d new dry cement product line are summarized in thetime of test run. In order to maintain the product line steady run, simple modifications arecarried out on the system of limestone crusher, the system of raw coal homogenization, thesystem of raw materials and waste gas treatment, the system of rotary kiln, the system ofclinker storage and bulk.(2)System modification and optimization were carried out according to states whichresult in instabte process and low production, the system modification and optimizationinclude select and ratio of raw materials, raw materials mill, distribution and select ofrefractory materials, slotted cooling machine and coal fines burner. After the system modifiedand optimized, the performances are better than before.(3) The general performances of 5000t/d new dry cement product line of Tianrui Groupare summarized and analyzed. The results show that thermal consumption of clinker andgeneral electric consumption of cement are decrease 18.1%and 14.46%correspondingly, the28d compressive strength of clinker increase 6.0MPa, the running rate of rotary kiln increaseto 93.5%, production rate of person per year from 4406t increase to 9045t, content of dust,NOx and SO3 in waste gas emission are decrease obviously than before. The general level isadvance in China, those results show that system modification and optimization of 5000t/dnew dry cement product line is successful.Study on the of 5000t/d new dry cement product line of Tianrui Group, The results showthat general level of product can be increased obviously by the system modified andoptimized. That provided methods and experience of system modification and optimization ofnew dry cement product line in home.
