| With the improvement of living standard of mankind, people's requirements on health are also getting higher and higher. Antibacterial function is the one of trends of fabric developments. It is great significant that research on the cheap methods of antibacterial fabrics.In this paper, introduction about the fabric research and development at home and abroad has been given; Classification of bacterial agents and antibacterial mechanism of silver carried antimicrobial agents, finishing methods of antibacterial fabrics are elaborated; Finishing and dispersing properties of ultrafine powder, adhesive bonding theory, thickener's thickening theory and permeability principle of fabrics have been made a detailed classification and presentation; Further conclusion of silver carried antimicrobial powder's discoloration mechanism and solutions have been given.The author of this paper has researched and optimized the preparation process and determined the finishing process. Then the properties of the fabric have been checked, the influencing elements have been analyzed, at the same time, the raw materials and reagents have been culled, and the optimal processing conditions have been decided. The main conclusions are as follows:1) Bacteriostatic Circle pilot study found that the antibacterial fabric can emerge significant inhibition zone on the tested strains, and identified as non-dissolution. The amount of 2% and 300nm particle size of the antibacterial powder, the amount of 15% adhesive have been determined as the optimum conditions. In this process, antibacterial rate is above 99.5% average.2) Washability testing found that the particle size smaller, the washing fastness stronger. After 50 times washing, its antibacterial rate still remained at above 97.5%; Washability of the fabric will be seriously affected on the condition of more than 20% amount of adhesive.3) Discoloration inhibitor has been proved to be effective in the prevention of fabric discoloration, while improving antimicrobial effects; the amount of discoloration has been determined at 0.15 percent; Thermal and ultraviolet absorption analysis proved the phragmoid character between Ag~+ and discoloration inhibitor.4) Several dispersing agents were screened and PVP was determined to be dispersant for the use of preparation; optimal disperse condition, such as slurry pH=7, 45min dispersing time, 0.1% use level of dispersant agent and 35℃dispersing temperature, has been determined by orthogonal test.5) The test was carry on to prove that 6% weigh of coating can meet both water vapor permeability of the fabric and stiffness requirements. |
