With the normalization of the COVID-19,people pay more and more attention to the bacterial infection in the surrounding environment while fighting against the epidemic.Bacterial infection can lead to complications of many diseases,even death.As the largest organ of human body,skin is also the habitat of many bacteria.Some close fitting textiles directly contact the skin.Because of their microporous structure and large surface area,they can absorb human sweat and other secretions while providing breeding grounds and nutrients for bacteria.Therefore,antibacterial finishing of the clothing textiles can effectively prevent bacterial infection.In addition,while cotton textiles are attached by bacteria,odor molecules in life will also be constantly adsorbed on the surface of cotton fabrics,such as cooking fume generated in the kitchen and the four major odors in life.These odors adhere to clothes,not only affect the comfort of people when wearing,but also harm human health to a certain extent.Aiming at the newly developed organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent BJK01,with the goal of high washability and anti-bacterial,this topic investigated in detail the influence of the anti-bacterial finishing process parameters on the anti-bacterial and washability of cotton fabrics,and optimized the optimal process conditions.On this basis,the fabric was further deodorized,so that the cotton fabric has dual functions of anti-bacterial and deodorization.First of all,this paper optimized the antibacterial process of the new BJK01 silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent on cotton fabrics.The cotton knitted fabric is treated by impregnation,and the cotton woven fabric is treated by padding.The effects of the concentration of antibacterial agent,soaking time,baking temperature and time on the antibacterial property of the fabric were investigated.The results show that cotton fabric has excellent antibacterial property after antibacterial finishing.The antibacterial rate of antibacterial cotton fabric is close to 100% when it is not washed,and it can still reach more than 70% after 50 times of washing,maintaining AAA antibacterial standard.In addition,due to the hydrophobic long carbon chain contained in the antibacterial agent,the fabric has good hydrophobicity(contact angle>130 °),which makes it impossible for bacteria to attach to the fabric surface after being killed,thus giving the fabric excellent anti bacterial adhesion performance.The anti bacterial adhesion rate of the finished fabric is 99.99%.The physical and mechanical properties of cotton fabric decreased after antibacterial finishing.Among them,the whiteness decreased by about 6%,the strength loss was about 35%,the handle of the finished fabric was neat,and the crease resistance decreased slightly.On the basis of antibacterial technology,this subject adopts β–CD is a deodorant,and two bath method is used to prepare antibacterial and deodorizing cotton fabric.Inspected the effects of concentration for β–CD,cross-linking agent concentration and type,baking temperature and other processing conditions on the antibacterial and deodorization properties of fabrics.The experimental results show that the antibacterial and deodorizing cotton fabric has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing properties,the antibacterial rate remains above 99%,and the ammonia adsorption capacity reaches 1248.39 μg/g.In addition,due to the existence of polycarboxylic acid cross-linking agent,the crease resistance decline caused by antibacterial finishing has been improved to a certain extent.However,after 20 times of washing,the antibacterial and deodorizing cotton fabric has little effect on the antibacterial property.After washing,it still remains above 90%,but the deodorization performance is significantly reduced.In order to improve the low deodorization durability of antibacterial and deodorizing cotton fabrics β–CD is oxidized to produce dialdehyde β–Cyclodextrin(DA–β–CD),the change of aldehyde group content and crystallinity was detected by characterization,and its influence on antibacterial,deodorization and washing resistance was investigated.The experimental results show that the modified DA–β–CD The cotton fabric treated with as deodorant has good antibacterial property,and the antibacterial rate can be kept above 95% before and after 20 times of washing;At the same time,the deodorization performance of cotton fabric has been greatly improved,and the ammonia adsorption capacity before washing can reach 1676.51 μg/g,it can also reach 834.41μg/g after 20 times of washing,which is obviously higher than that of non finished cotton fabric and antibacterial cotton fabric.
