The Design Of Portabl High-Speed Lapping Machine

Lapping is a very important precission and ultraprecision methods , and there are many people who study the technology of lapping. and their purpose is to improve the lapping efficiency and lapping accuracy further and reduce machin costs.Lapping machine is an important condition to ensure the lapping. But now the lapping machine producers and developers don't consider comprehensive enough for users . In order to meet the practical requirements of the production,this paper miniaturized the existing large-scale high-speed lapping machine.The structure of the lapping machine designed in this paper is simple,so it can be manufactured easily.The cost of manufacturing is low,and it not only satisfies the requirements Machining , but also meet carrying easily purpose.In this paper the author designed the structure of the portable high-speed lapping machine to make the machine have enough stiffness, strength and stability, so it can avoid vibrating while the machine run at a high speed. The strength and stiffness of the main parts of the machine are checked. Also the electrical system of the machine, abrasive, coolant supply system and adjustable compression system are designed.
