| Lapping is an important kind of ultraprecision machine. Under long-time researching on lapping, the high-speed single-side NC lapping-machine can not only insure the machining precision and quality, but also improve the machining efficiency and decrease the costs.The computer control system of this paper uses software Delphi to compile the panel of man-machine conversation and its controlling programs, so it achieves some main functions, including adjusting of eccentricity, speed changing of main-spindle and controlling of machining thickness as follows: The function of adjusting eccentricity can regulate the eccentricity automatically according to parts'outline dimension, this function insures the location precision of parts when they are machined, it helps to improve machining quality of lapping; The speed changing function for main-spindle can adjust the speed of main-spindle continuously, it reduces the impact of lapping devices on parts and avoid the falling of solid abrasives, and more, this function also insures the surface quality of parts and improves the machining efficiency. The system on-line monitor function can keep a real time checking upon parts basing on the machining thickness, in case over-lapping causes parts to become wasted. Besides, this control system also gets an administering of Pneumatic system and Cooling system.Through running, this computer control system's programs have a good condition, and its sub-modules work orderly, so it meets the design requirement, and has a foundation of product development, and a broad value and widest market. |
