Although offering the advantages of sensitivity, simplicity, short tst time and lowregeant cost, Spectrofluorometry is limited in many fields for spectroscopical silentsubstances (such as most of inorganic substances) or weakly fluorescent substances(such as many protein). The concentrations of samples are determined according tothe increase or decrease of fluorescence intensities when they are binded with a dye orfluorescent probe. With the development of spectrofluorometry, there is a need toexplore more novle dye or probe with high sensitivity and selectivity. In detail, twomajor works have been completed in the thesis: 1. Some novel fluorescent reagentswith high sensitivity and selectivity were synthesized using the fluorophroes, forexample 8-aminoquinoline, 2-aminopyridine and biphenyl, bind to sensitivitychromogenic regeant, for example triazene. 2. The novel fluorescent reagents wereused to determine traces of metal ion such as Pb(â…¡), Fe(â…¢) and Cu(â…¡). The contentsof each chapter in the thesis are summarized as the following:Chapter 1: The classification of fluorescent reagents and relationship betweenfluorescence feathers and the structures of reagent are introduced. Synthesis andapplication of 8-aminoquinoline derivative are reviewed.Chapter 2: A novel fluorescent reagents 1-(8-quinoline)-3-(2-pyridine)-triaene(QPyT) was synthesized by combining 8-aminoquinoline with 2-aminopyridine andbinding to heterocycle triazene. A new spectrofluorimetric method based on quechingof fluorescence of heterocycle triazene by Pb(â…¡) for the determination of trace Pb(â…¡)with this reagent was developed and applied to determine trace Pb(â…¡) in watersample.Chapter 3: A novel fluorescent reagents bis (8-Pyridyldiamino)-dibenzene(BPDDP) was synthesized by combining Benzidine and 2-aminopyridine withtriazene. A new spectrofluorimetric method based on queching of fluorescence ofBPDDP by Fe(â…¢) for the determination of Fe(â…¢) was developed and applied todetermine trace Fe(â…¢) in fruit. Chapter 4: A novel fluorescent reagents bis(8-quinolyldiamino)-dibenzene(BQDADB) was synthesized by combining 8-aminoquinoline and benzidine andbinding to triazene. A new spectrofluorimetric method based on queching offluorescence of BQDADB by Cu(â…¡) for the determination of Cu(â…¡) was developedand applied to determine trace Cu(â…¡) in food.
