Following the development and popular of numerical control technology using in airplane parts machining, the numerical control machine tool and its frocks designing and manufacturing are important elements to insure the quality of the airplane parts and productivities and shorten the new products studying period. The numerical control techniques are widely used in airplane parts fabricating and its frocks designing. Traditional frocks were mostly handworks, by now, such methods almost are cancelled. Frocks designing and manufacturing develop along automatically, generally, standardization, and numeric directions.This paper is based on integrated machine and electricity and hydraulic, numerical control machine tool automatic clamp system was studied and designed. The interface, which located between numerical control machine tool and hydraulic control system, was studied and gave out its program. The numerical control machining program was used to control the clamps equipments directly, to implement equipments avoiding tools function.Aimed at how to machining one special airplane part, a suit of automatic clamp system was designed, including its mechanism subsystem, hydraulic driving and control loop, electric control subsystem. The design blueprints were also gave out. The interface programs were designed and debugged successfully. The machining test was done, and the test results were satisfactory.
