Adding potions is necessary measures for ensuring coal slurry flotation, reagent consumption waste,bad results of floation and high cost are the plain problems in floating process. How to lower the waste of potions, ensure effect of flotation and improve the economic benefit is an important research topic, the paper has important theory value and practical significance.Based on literature review, the paper studies elixir emulsification by flotation of collector in coal preparation plant of zhangcun using ultrasonic technology,the result shows tween80 is best fit for flotation of collector by testing non-ionics and anion emulsifier like SDBS,span80,tween80,TX-10,and using the laser particle size analyzer ;when considering emulsion droplet diameter, emulsion breaking, delamination of within term of validity, and tween80 is best fit emulsion droplet.the best technological conditions is: ultrasonic frequency is 20KHz, water oil ratio is 2:3, emulsifier quantity is 1.5%; the experiment of orthogonal experimental design of ultrasound parameter show that ultrasound strength is full and no dutyfactor, the best time of Ultrasonic is 3 mins.The experimental study shows flotation plant yield increased significantly and reagent consumption is greatly reduced after the emulsification of collector by testing emulsion of collector and Zhang village of collector. Flotation parameters also been studied and the orthogonal experiment also been tested,and the results are:the factors which effect the yield of clean coal are foaming agent>density> emulsion> gas-filling quantity; the factors which effect the yield of clean ash are foaming agent>emulsion>density>gas-filling quantity.the experiment also shows that 50% emusion oil is seved comparing with collector and the flotation speed is effectively improved. The experiment shows a good way of adding doses.The reason why emulsified collector can not widely used in coal preparation plant are the follows:emulsion preparation and flotation operation is out-of-step which is make it possible that ;The process is manual operation,which may have big volatility in emulsifier mixing ratio; emulsion has high density ,which makes blocking in pipeline.to sloving all the peoblems above,the paper study the ultrasonic emulsification by automatic control of collector.further,by designing the type of Sensors,actuator and controller and the flow of phacoemulsification control .the automatic control system is constructed . Visualization monitoring human-machine interface is also been designed by configuration software.so A complete set of Ultrasonic Emulsion and control system.Due to limited conditions, the exploration of the agent ultrasonic emulsification mechanism needs some enforcement in the paper, and the designed ultrasonic emulsifier also needs to further improve in the flotation practice.
