With the rapid development of industrialization,the demand for oil is more and more serious in our country,and the production capacity of the fields have become increasingly demanding.Workover operations as well maintenance of important measures,have the effect that sustain oilfield stable production.In order to improve the efficiency of workover operation,reduce the risk of workover operation,improve the workers work enviro N·ment,reduce the labor intensity of workers,it has the very vital significance that developing automatic workover machine.Combining with the oilfield workover treatment process,on the basis of consulting a large number of workover operation literature,to design a automatic workover rig by studying the workover treatment status quo,includes the automatic exhaust pipe device,hydraulic pliers,pipe rack and auxiliary workover equipment.Automatic exhaust pipe device emissions and removed string,hydraulic clamp shackle string on the implementation and pipe rack stored string.To design the hydraulic control system of this device by analyzing the motion process of automatic workover rig,including automatic exhaust pipe device hydraulic control system,hydraulic control system,the hydraulic clamp tubing hydraulic control system,etc.And to proceed parameter calculation and selection for hydraulic components of the automatic workover rig.Designing the automatic exhaust pipe unit and hydraulic clamp corresponding hydraulic manifold hydraulic control system,to design structure of the hydraulic control system by using Solidworks software.To simulate automatic exhaust pipe device on the hydraulic control system and automatic hydraulic clamp shackle hydraulic control system by using hydraulic simulation software AMESim,proceed data analysis for the simulation results.Finally,designing the host control software of automatic workover rig by using the SIMATIC WinCC.
