| As the development of chemistry industry, chemicals are being applied increasingly and the frequency of hazardous chemicals accidents is increasing as well, so the safety problem has become more outstanding. In order to rapidly and effectively predicting the diffusion area of the leakage chemical, and giving corresponding emergency decisions, we make a research on the system of leakage and diffusion simulation of hazardous chemicals.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing a large number of typical leakage diffusion accidents cases in chemical process, it has been put forward accident mechanisms and related conditions, accident characteristics and effect factors using of the accident cause theory. Because sorts of chemicals are various and their character are different, the dissertation selects chlorine and firedamp to research. According to the facts of spill condition, systematic analysis is made on the suitable dispersion models which are applied to different spill and environment conditions, liquid pool form and variety models are analyzed, and source strength calculation models of multiple spilled resource and environment are analyzed as well, use the concept of "Toxic load" to demarcate the district, putting forward the corresponding emergency decisions.In order to expediently use, the software is developed by visual basic 6.0, which can provide great assistance to the decision-making of emergency response and research the target of reducing the damage of the life, property and environment to the smallest degree. At last, the dissertation gives two cases and predicts the density distribution and the influential areas, the result indicates that the system is available to aid chemical safety management and guard against disasters. |
