With the increase of traffic volume,more traffic accidents occur,especially the traffic accidents of hazardous chemicals which have a wide range of effect and great damage.Therefore,it is very important to study the control and emergency rescue of hazardous chemicals traffic accidents in expressway tunnel.Based on summarizing the characteristic of the hazardous chemicals transportation and safety requirement,the time distribution and spatial distribution of the traffic accident in expressway tunnel were summarized by collecting and analyzing the traffic volume and traffic accident data of Zhang Zhuo expressway tunnel section.Then the characteristic of hazardous chemicals accidents in expressway tunnel was analyzed briefly.The risk of hazardous chemicals transportation in tunnel was analyzed from the four aspects,including human,vehicle,road and environment,then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was exploited to make the safety evaluation of the hazardous chemicals transportation in Zhang Zhuo expressway tunnel section.According to the arrangement of the expressway tunnel traffic control and guidance facilities,the traffic evacuation plan of expressway tunnel hazardous chemicals accidents was made combine with the existing mode of traffic control.The traffic control model was established by VISSIM,and the better scheme was selected by comparing the total evacuation time.Focusing on the hazardous chemicals accident,the emergency rescue system of Zhang Zhuo expressway tunnel was built.According to the characteristics of typical hazardous chemical accidents and emergency rescue,the operation mechanism of emergency rescue of hazardous chemicals accidents was discussed which can provide theoretical help for the relevant departments to make accident plans.Furthermore,the intelligent management system of expressway tunnel was built which can achieve the modernization,scientific and humanization of tunnel management. |
